With in-person, online, weekly knowledge sessions, you’ll have the support system you need to get
the most out of your diet, exercise, and nutrition goals. Take advantage of my deep knowledge
in Maharishi Ayurveda, with personal guidance and tips for maintaining and improving your health!

Each week is a new theme:
- Receive guidance for the Ultimate Detox, which will increase energy and vitality
- Weight loss
- Improve mental clarity
- Improve one’s sleep
- Reduce fatigue
- Learn to balance the emotions such as anger, anxiety and depression
- Proper diet and lifestyle for adults and children

4 sessions per month / One session every Thursday at 8pm
First session of the month is one hour and the remaining three are 30 minutes
as support for the detox and lifestyle changes.
Calls will be held every Thursday — January through December 2017
beginning Thursday, January 12th at 8PM Central Standard Time.
