Ingredients: organic cured sesamum indicum (sesame) seed oil, cymbopogon schoenanthus (lemongrass) oil, withania somnifera (ashwagandha) root extract, mimosa pudica (sensitive plant) whole plant extract, sida cordifolia (heart-leaf sida) whole plant extract, convolvulus pluricaulis (dwarf morning glory) whole plant extract.

Suggested Use: Place bottle in hot water to warm oil. Shake well. Massage up and down over the long bones, and in a circular motion over the joints. Give extra attention to the feet, hands, and legs. Massage daily for maximum benefit.
